Default Repairing Archive?

Q: Just wondering how often should my guildwars have to repair its archive? It seems like it is doing it every 2 weeks. Does the data get corrupted that easily? :\

For comparison, I've never had it do that, and I've been playing since release on several different computers.

Let me elaborate. When you start the game up. Some times instead of just loading the game it repairs the "archive". So it is pretty much fixing some damaged files I think.

It should only have to update when there is a new game update that you haven't gotten yet...if you are having problems it's probably a local issue.
Try reinstalling/repairing from the cd, and cross your fingers/pray that you don't have some virus corrupting everything you own.

Unless you havent been to a certain area or gotten an update, then you shouldnt have any "fixing of/adding to the archive"
